I am a freshman at UCLA, but have decided that I love cooking so much that I would like to pursue a career as a chef.
The problem is that I have no idea how to begin this pursuit. I am sure that there are a lot of nice restaurants in LA that I could try to find employment at, but I am also interesting in going to a cullinary institute.
What should my next course of action be?
