I'm the publisher of "Recycled Dishes for the 21st Century" . I wrote, designed and compiled this cookbook using my expertise in computer consulting, graphic design along with the cooking experience that I acquired from my grandmother over the years.
I enjoy cooking, baking and am very creative. I don't intend to be a Chef. I wish to cook meals to families with children, men and women on the go, or seniors.
I live in Southern Ca. How do I get started in ? Do I need to be a professional Chef? I need guidance, ideas to start the business. And is the potential of making $50,000/yr unrealistic income?
