I would like to know realistically if I would take an apprenticesship under a chef, what kind of wages I would be looking at as an appreticess and what kind of wages I would expect as a journeyman chef? I'm looking at a local populous area of 25,000 and an hours drive from a city with 500,000. Any information that can be given will be deeply appreciated.
