Does anyone have any first-hand knowledge of the
following (at bottom of this message) two schools?
Have you attended these schools, and what was it like?
What programs did they offer? Did they have a Pastry
Arts program? Are these schools for those professionals
already in the industry, or would anyone be able to
begin his/her culinary education there?
