Why is it only in food we see the sort of pretentiousness as Martha Stewart ? , can you imagine a carpenter saying I only use screws I made myself. I watched her once and laughed all the way through the show, she was making a wedding cake out of frangipane. She called it almond cake but it was 100% frangipane filling, way overboard for a whole cake. Then it looked like a multi story parking lot.

so when you get old you'll say "theres just no chefs anymore."
