I'm a 23 year old Costa Rican Bachelor of International Relations looking after information on pastry and culinary schools in North America and Europe.Over the last five years I've developed a keen interest and love for baking and dessert decorating, and I'm serioulsy considering attending a culinary school and start my own business. I would appreciate to hear about good schools to receive info from, as well as financial aid programs for culinary students, since I have absolutely no possibility of undertaking a professional culinary career in my home land.
