right now i'm in college, but afterwards i would like to be a cook (eventually a chef). my i deal situation would be to work in a ski town or on a ranch. I have interned in a resturant near washington d.c (la cote d'or) as well as a resturant in paris (la terrasse hotel). hopefully this summer i will be working on a ranch in wyoming. after graduation (year 2001) i may do an internship at the broadmoore. what else should i be doing?
