Hi. I am a culinary student in Chicago who has a
passion for Italian cuisine. I am graduating from
culinary school in November and I am seeking work in
Italy upon graduation. I want to cook in Italy,
whether I begin as an apprentice or student. I have
lived in Florence and have travelled throughout Eurpoe, so I
am not completely foreign to the land, but I need
