I am taking my AAS at the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago
right now (a good school with great Chef Instructors). I would like to
apprentice overseas when I am finished my degree. Can anyone who has apprenticed
overseas (particularily Italy) give me any tips or advice? I don't even
really know how or where to get started with this.
