My husband has enjoyed cooking for as long as I can remember. He can make pratically anything. Our family and friends rave about his creativity and great food! We all have told him he should go to school, hence he reason for this email. We live in Central Florida and are beginning to investigate local schools, grants, tuition costs, placement, and different programs available to him. Can you give us some "food for thought" on the subject? And some encouraging words for my Husband?
