I am graduating from college this May, but I am thinking of going to cooking school (eventually).
I don't have any experience in the field, and I want to know what type of position I should look for
in order to know if the culinary world is right for me. Do I look for a sous chef position?
With no formal experience, what type of job should I expect to get?
Any advice would be appreciated,
