I am thinking of going to J&W in RI. What can you
tell me? I am twenty eight, have three kids,and have
over 10 years experience in the catering biz.I have
no formal training (family business), I love being
in the kitchen. Are there family dorms? Are you required
to work at campus Rest.? I am a certified Optician
and could make more doing that than working in the rest.
