I am opening a new restaurant in Avalon, NJ and am in
search of an experienced someone to cook and run the kitchen.
The menu is "Breakfast, Burgers and Shakes" and the
motif is 50's/60's diner-ish.
This may not sound like a culinary school grad's
dream job but I believe that it is a great oportunity
for the right person.
