I am going to take the first step toward a career change this Fall by
attending a professional culinary training program. I am looking very
seriously at The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in Cammbridge, Massachusetts.
Is anyone out there a graduate of this particular school or have worked with
graduates of this school. I would welcome your advice or comments. I know that
I am good enough and creative enough to be successfull as a professional chef.
