hi... i'm a student at my local culinary school here in new zealand, and i've been told that nz chefs have some of the best reputations in the world because of the training we do... i dont want to take that for granted though. i'd like to travel the world and learn as i go through both studies and work... i was wondering if there was anybody out there that could suggest some schools with good reputations in either Australia or the US because i'd be interesting in traveling to either of these countries, if not next year, then definately in the very near future...
