Hello, My name is Myriam Jimenez, I'm 30yrs old. Ever
since my mother said "you don't have any patience to
cut a tomatoe, do it again" and then she enrolled me
Home-Ec. I thought I was gonna die, I kicked and screamed
I think I even cry, at the end of the semester my report
card showed an A. So I continued taking classes, to learn
more, and I enjoyed every second of it. Since then I've
been collecting recepies, magazines and cook books. I
became very interested in Culinary School, but tution is
very high/expensive. What can I do to continue with this
dream, I very much would like to make it come true. I've
taken several courses in Jr Colleges, but I would like a
real Culinary School. My cooking skills are great, according
with children. Please send some information, about grants,
financial aid and/or scholarships. Something that will
agree with my financial situation.
