I went to the SCSCA yesterday for a tour and was also quite impressed. However, I felt the cost was pretty high, especially since they don't offer any financial aid or deferred student loans. How did you feel about the cost, do you have experience in the culinary field, and did you do any research at any other schools in SoCA offering culinary arts programs? I am searching for other schools to do a comparison with the SCSCA and so far haven't found too many locally. I'd be interested in hearing what you have found out.
