Over-all, if you know the food end of the business, learn all
that you can about the PEOPLE end of the business. Your staff
is the most important asset that you have. Treat them with respect
always. Learn from them. Give them the power to succeed and stand
on their own. They will do anything you ask of them if you follow
these precepts.
