I am a recent graduate and have decided to pursue
cooking, which is a love of mine, as a career. I am interested
in going to school, however, in Italy. I would be interested
in any information anyone may have regarding where I should
look into and where I should avoid. I do not speak Italian
but am planning to learn (I do speak French). What are the best
sources of secondary information on Italian cooking schools?
Is there any English schools in Italy? Please respond should you
have any information as I am longing to go.
