I have a trained chef, a young woman with her
professional qualifications and good experience,
who is looking for some advanced training in the
United States, pref Ca or Florida, but wd look
anywhere that she can learn Nth.Am. cuisine. Her
aim is to study the influences of NA cooking styles
on Pacific food and vice-versa. Fee-paying or we
could exchange. Any help much appreciated.
