Hello! I was diagnosed with MULTIPLE food allergies a year ago. Since then I have had a hard time creating a menu that was edible. I would like to go to culinary school to learn how to cook. I eventually would like to help others with food allergies. Are there any suggestions which schools might have classes on food allergies? How do you decide which program and school is better than another? Any suggestions at all would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
