I plan to attend Peter Kump's Cooking School (Patry Arts Program)in New York City. How difficult is it to find a job as a pastry chef? Is it possible to do an internship prior to school with no experience? Does anyone know of a such place in New York City willing to have an intern?
Please tell me all there is to know about becoming a pastry chef! I am 26 and changing careers. I have always loved baking & cake decorating, etc. I hope I am making the right decision! If you know anything about the program at Peter Kump's i would love to hear feedback!
