Cordon Bleu is highly regarded, I know a woman who went there and she is chef at Maison Robert in Boston.
Paris is very nice but expensive.I stayed at hotel Esmeralda,opposite the Notre Dame cathedral. Nice but pricey.
Maybe if you can find a filipina living in Paris?
I stayed at the Talisay beach club, also went to Hadsan beach club, near Mactan airport.
Where in Cebu is your restaurant?.
