Does anyone need a french pastry chef and baker in the St Petersburg, Fl. area?
I am working in a french restaurant that opened one year ago and the owner just realized after 2 months that she can't afford a full-time pastry chef and baker, even though my salary doesn't cost her anything with what I produce. She doesn't give it the time to get started.
I was thinking of starting my own business but I have no$$$.
Any ideas or suggestions?
