Hello, all!
I just completed a class in pulled/blown sugar that taught the basics. I need to purchase a commercial size silpat mat, leaf molds, and a few other supplies. Does anyone have any insight on the where to purchase? I already bought the heat lamp station and some other tools. It was loads of fun and I'm looking forward to playing with it as soon as I complete my inventory.
