My grandmother made the best german kasestrudel, but I can't seem to find a recipe for it anywhere. Can anyone help me out?
I know what strudel is but I've never heard of Kasestrudel. If you could describe it with a little detail possibly someone here might be able to help.
Is it a cheese strudel? If so, is the filling a cream cheese or cottage cheese type? or some other type?
