We seek a bakery ingredient called RISOFARIN.

It is an improver for Sponge Cakes and Breads

It contains roll dried Wheat and Corn Starches.

We understand that it is produced in Europe, maybe Belgium or Denmark.

Would appreciate assistance in locating supplier.

I've never heard of the product, but I do know
that in Italian, riso means rice, and farina means
flour. Are you sure you're not looking for rice
flour??

looks like your interpretation may be right. I only found one site that lists risofarin. It's a Danish biscuit company (www.herning-vorgod-biscuit.dk) that lists it as an ingredient. It appears this particular biscuit is gluten-free, which I think fits the bill for rice flour.
