I am looking for a recipe for the bread or Rolls that are served at the mongolian bbq's. I am thinking of opening one of the restaurants and the owners of the restaurants are being very proprietary about the recipe. Could somebody help me out

I've lived in Asia for 10 years and have never had bread at a M.BBQ, what are they serving? Pls advise.
