Dear Folks,

There are so many chocolate sorbet recipes out there. Do you have an absolutely incredible, not-very-sweet chocolate sorbet recipe? I have access to typical ingredients in a pastry kitchen (e.g., chocolates, cocoa powder, a freezer, etc.)
