Grooms cake

It's a dessert cake, used for any event or non-event. Family gatherings, picinics, guests for dinner, pitty parties, bribes for foregiveness, etc, etc...
What kind of a project is it?

did you know that german people (former customers of mine) that i spoke to
never heared of this cake before?

That's because the German doesn't refer to Germany. It refers to Sam German of the Baker Chocolate Company who invented it in 1927.

Mikah, you are so right! I always make a point to get Bakers chocolate when I make that cake. Men seem to love it the most. Maybe that is why it is always a groom's cake request. Also seems to be a favorite of southerners.
That would be a good topic- famous American cakes!
