I'm looking to rent space on a part-time basis for a small baking business in Manhattan - any ideas?

www.craigslist.com (Manhattan) may have other businesses posted with space to share.

go down to lower Manhattan, lots of stores down there for rent. people are still too scared to rent down there. prices are pretty good too from what I hear.
