need recipes for mini tartlets

WebFoodPros.com Chef Forums: The Bakers Dozen: need recipes for mini tartlets

Something like tassies, but not pecan. Those are easy to find.

I make butterscotch tartlets. Press the dough in mini muffin pans, fill with filling and bake. But what else could I use besides the butterscotch filling? Someone suggested a key lime filling. Use the same filling as a key lime pie, but just pour it into the mini shells.

Any other ideas?

Thansk.

I once made a sort of brownie filling but used chunks of white chocolate and almond biscotti in the batter and baked them in chocolate shortbread shells. Awesome!
