I am looking for a baker in the Chicagoland area to recreate a downsized version of my parents wedding cake from 50 years ago. It was made with a technique called "pulled" or "spun" sugar. Can someone help or recommend someone? I am looking to have the cake done by November 14, 2003.

call phone info for the chefs organization in chicago and ask them for a couple names and get some prices from different people.
pulled and spun are two different types of worked sugar.
