What kind of fruits besides apples and pears are available in the fall and winter seasons? And can you get these fruits in the midwest? I'm tired of doing the same type of desserts, and now that the chef is leaving, I have an opportunity to try some different and unique things. When do blood oranges come out is that at the begining of Jan. or toward the end?
