Hi... will soon need to replace a KA 6qt and I'd like to get a 7 qt mixer. I'm considering the Viking 7 qt (vs the DeLonghi because the Viking has a handle on the bowl). Is anyone currently using this? I would most likely start out using it at home, but I know it may migrate to the shop if the other 6 qt breaks down. Any comments, observations, etc on the Viking? Would you buy something else instead?
