I am looking to meet/talk with others in the field and area that I can network and comiserate with. There WAS the Professional Pastry Guild of New England, but alas, it just disbanded over the summer. Does anyone know anyone? I've been a pastry cook for the past 4 years and am trying to figure out the next step...
