I need help on doughnut. I use a ready mix where you just add the water, it has been craking on the side since the last month. The supplier says that itīs not wrong with the mix. Do somebody know how to fix a problem like this. The oil what I use is fresh and the temperature 189-192C. Is it wrong on the flower or not
