I have worked as a baker for the last couple of years. I do not have any formal training and would love to go to a good school, but am not in the financial position to do so! I decided that instead, maybe I could apprentice at a Patisserie in France. How do I find one that is willing to take on an apprentice?

In order to be apprentice in France you need to be aged between 15 and 24. As a foreigner you could only be "stagiaire" and not get paid if you are older than 24.
And I am not sure it would be possible without a specific contract, the laws for work are very strict in France.
