I am 22 years old and have worked in restaurants for 5 years I want to further my experience in the art. I need to know if there are any institutes in or near Waco or Dallas Texas area.

I know it's not in Dallas,but Del Mar College,here in Corpus Christi has a very good program.Credits are transferable to all major colleges in Texas.Check out thier web site,I don't have the exact adress-but a search will turn up the adress.Welcome to the bussiness!
