Here is a question for you. Who was the most difficult person you ever had to train. I mean we all have that same feeling of "where the H--- did they find this person". I once had to try to train a guy whom the owner hired because "he just looked like a chef"....Besides the fact we hired him to oversee Sunday brunch and THE GUY HAD NEVER FLIPPED AN EGG IN A PAN! He was also hired as our pastry guy. He was amazing. His cakes and muffins actually got smaller after they baked. Honestly, I remember saying to him-"Should we put the muffins in a basket or drop them on the floor and let the customers do a Face-Off"....

I had a co-cook who couldn't understand the cheese
went inside the quisadillas, and two different cheeses mean two cheeses, not just alot of one cheese. he was mexican too.
