You know. As professionals there are a set of rules and a sense of conduct. I myself have seen the good and the bad. Yes, sometimes the bad outweighs the good. However, they told me that not every day was going to be a filet mignon day. I understood that. I know that it does not lessen our problems it does not ease the tension at the moment. Heck, it might not even save us from the front office. But, atleast if I do not let defeat hender my progress. I can go home a happy chef.
