Dear users of this forum,
I need some suggestions regarding good software programs that tie together recipe costing, menu creation and nutrition content.
Can anyone help?
Thank you.

Dear Mr Cook- I have been using a program at work for years called the "Food Processor"- it is spendy- but is so precise that Dietitians use it for nutritional analysis. It has the ability to factor in the food cost of each recipe. Another
program called "Diet Power" can give you a nutritional analysis in a more moderate range- it costs much much less-but I don't believe that it has the recipe costing factor.
Diet power is available online, the food processor is available through E.S.H.A.

Mr. Tortesrus,
Thank you so much for your information. It is the kind of data that I was looking for, first hand and candid.
Are you familiar with the "Living Cookbook"?
