My mother has entreated me to find a recipe for making soda crackers, she is especially interested in making them with wheat flour. Can anyone help?

I've been cooking and baking from scratch for about 30 years. When I first started I was quite the purist, milled wheat with my kitchen-aid for pasta, made my own ricotta, made my own english muffins, etc. The english muffins were a good lesson. They took a fair amount of time and the quality was a bit better than Thomas and equal to Wolffertons (sp.). The difference was they cost 5x as much because of the labor. I still cook most everything from scratch for reasons of quality and ethinic integrity. Think of soda crackers as english muffins, buy them, and concentrate your talents and efforts on what you can't buy.
