Does anyone know how the silkscreens that are used for chocolate are made? I worked for five years with my dad doing commercial signage where we did a ton of silkscreening, but I'm wondering if the chemicals and film used for burning the screens for signs are the same as those used for chocolate? I can't see them being food safe, but they are washed off and I can't think of having ever seen any substitutes. Any idea who I might contact for this information?
