I am searching for a little italian cookie recipe, I think they are almond flavored. I have searched books and the Web to no avail. Does anyone out there no what they are and could they please send me a recipe? Thanks

susan pizzacotti sounds very interesting but could it be biscotti a twice baked cookie and is very popular in the cafe scene where you can find it almost any where if you would like a recipe for this very simple cookie just e-mail me at mikebel@ihug.co.nz and i will send it out but if there is a cookie out there called a pizzacotti i dont think i have evere heard of it sorry. :)

Is pizzacotti some kind of combination of pizzelle and biscotti, perhaps? I can't quite think of how you would combine those two types of recipes, but maybe the names got mixed together somehow...
