I have been looking for some information on
pierre herme but have been unsuccesful. I
think he is one of the great pastry chefs of our
time. if any one has any info on his buisness
ventures, websites, or recent menus it would
be nice to see what he is up to. I would like the
opportunity to work with him.

He is not a true Frenchman, he is from Quebec!
An impostor! He is a theoretical Chef, not very practical applications of his works.
By The Baker on Tuesday, August 28, 2001 - 05:57 pm: Edit |
He is working at Wegmans
Running there new pastry setup.

So! Frenchman. You return. Please tell me whats the difference between Frenchman from France and Frenchman from Quebec? NOTHING! They are both one of the same. The SAME! Ah...but there is one difference.....The Quebec French give refills.
Hail the Quebec French!!!!

My silly friend, calling a Quebecian French is an insult to all of France! Quebec is to France as Puerto Rico is to USA. Ou'revoire you silly men!!!

Let me get this right.
Some of you people, myself included are going to Dallas, to party at Panini's with the Hells Angels. Do they Bake? Where does the Church group come in, in all this? Do they bake? Oh, and no chicken cause you can't light a grill? Man I'm not missing this!!! I'll give odds that the Angels will be giving rides to the Church group, while eating chicken and the street will be filled with Dallas Police cruisers.
You can't BUY that kind of publicity.
Who's covering bail?

Helen,
There will always be a place at our table for you.
I will be beat tomorrow!!! I just got home. They wiped me out of everything. I got lazy and decided to go in early to restock, maybe spyke will help.
