Hi there!
I'm off to see the Wizard...sorry, off to start a new business, chocolate related, and would like to know if any of you had some idea of how to price chocolates.
In France we do it by the kilo for small chocolates and moulded chocolate and by the piece for cookie size chocolates, but I have no idea of how you do in the US.
Any input is welcome.

Most chocolates here are priced by the lb. If individually wrapped that the are usually priced by the piece. A little higher for the wrapping, labeling, weight etc. We price vverything out at 22. lb. I purchase wholesale from my chocolatier for 12.lb. The average price for choco. here are 18.-24.lb. retail.
PS: I just realized it's the same here.
