Sounds intriguing, do you have the manufacturers name and address perhaps? Please advise.

You can sprinkle it in roll-up doughs such as cinn buns. Use as a topping.
I find it much easier and cheaper to put cinnamon in a bucket , shovel sugar in and stir.
I've seen cinnamon chips, again its an expensive method to get the flavor...unless you want a cinn chip cookie. I can't think of any practical use that can't be done cheaper and faster.
Maybe the mfgers should ask us instead of inventing this stuff first , then seeing if we can use it. I'm sure we could come up with something needed but not made yet. Powdered water?

Sorry to be so long getting back but have been very busy. Thanks for suggestions, but I think I'll stick to cinnamon sugar. As for powdered water,my water has so many minerals in it you could probably powder it. For Makubo particulars are: Artisan Cinnamon Flakes mfgr Liptin monarch Professional Markets Group Toronto, Ontario, Can
M9W 6N1. Its a canadian product. Thanks again
