Does anyone have a lead for a company that makes decorative boxes for baked goods? Not just your normal bakery box. Perhaps custom made. Thanks.

Try calling the National Association of Specialty Food Trades (NASFT) in Manhatten, their members all use that kind of packaging. They can refer you to the appropriate companies.
