Anyone know of a GOOD Muffin book that I can get at any local book store ?...AND anyone have a good Coffee Cake recipe, (the batter kind, not yeast). I'm looking for Gourmet Muffins, top shelf stuff....Thanks.

Bernard Claytons "Breads" is a good start.

I've adapted a few recipes of his for my own use.

Beside the muffin recipes I've used his some of his "quick bread" recipes to make muffins.
